The developer launched the project in registered phases rather than all at once.Phase 1 covers towers T2, T3, T4, T4A and T4B. That’s 848 apartments, all built as 3 BHK homes. Phase 2 adds towers T1 and T5, bringing 264 more units. Phase 4 covers towers T6 through T9, with 352 units in 4 BHK. That’s nine towers currently active on the residential side. The masterplan schedules commercial and other phases for later stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
RERA Registration And Transparency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
HARERA has registered the project, giving buyers legal protection. Different phases carry separate RERA numbers, tied to specific towers. This structure lets buyers verify exact tower status before committing. It’s worth checking the relevant RERA number for your specific tower. Official registration also means declared timelines are legally binding, not just promises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where Construction Stands Right Now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This is where the real update matters most. Work isn’t at the same stage across every tower. Towers from the later phase are still at foundation level. Workers are completing excavation, raft casting, and basement columns there. Meanwhile, towers from the earlier phase have already cleared that stage. Superstructure work is visibly progressing, with slabs rising floor by floor. So the site shows two things happening together right now. Some blocks are still building their base underground. Others are already climbing above ground level, changing the skyline. This kind of staggered progress is normal for large phased launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Two established names are executing this build on ground. Kalpataru Projects International Limited, known as KPIL, is one partner. Ahluwalia Contracts India Limited, or ACIL, is executing the other portion. Together, they were awarded work worth close to \u20b92,000 crore. KPIL operates across dozens of countries with a large order book. ACIL has built extensively across India for over five decades. Having two experienced contractors on one project isn’t common. It generally points toward serious, well-funded execution rather than a slow rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Large sites like this run structured safety checks at every stage. Concrete and steel quality gets tested regularly during casting work. Cranes, batching plants, and other heavy machinery are already mobilised on ground. That level of setup isn’t cheap or done casually. Whiteland has also positioned itself as a zero-debt developer. That generally means construction is funded through internal resources, not heavy borrowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dwarka Expressway connects fairly well toward Delhi and IGI Airport. NH-48 access is close by for those driving toward Gurugram’s business belt. Schools, hospitals, and commercial hubs are developing steadily around this stretch too. Buyers usually rate this corridor for its long-term growth potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n While towers rise, amenity planning is running in parallel behind the scenes. A large clubhouse is planned, spread across more than a lakh square feet. Plans include a spa, dining spaces, and dedicated wellness zones for residents. Landscaping will mix open lawns with shaded walking and cycling paths. None of this is built yet, and that’s completely normal. Developers usually execute amenities once the main tower structure stabilises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Staggered progress across towers is actually a healthy sign here. It shows real work on ground, not just renders and brochures. Buyers should still ask specifically about their own tower’s current stage. Basement-stage towers and superstructure-stage towers carry different realistic timelines. Always match your expectations to the specific tower you’re buying into.
