Whiteland Corporation to Develop Rs 5,600 Crore Westin Residences in Gurugram
Gurugram-based real estate developer, Whiteland Corporation, has partnered with Marriott International to introduce Westin Residences to India. Slated to be the country’s largest branded residences and the first standalone Westin-branded residential project, the development will be located in Sector 103, Gurugram.
The project will require an estimated investment of Rs 5,600 crore, including Rs 5,000 crore for construction and Rs 600 crore for land, and it could generate Rs 15,000 crore in revenue.

Spanning 20 acres, Whiteland Westin Residences Gurugram will offer 674 exclusive three and four-bedroom residences ranging from 235 to 386 square meters. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor. The project emphasizes wellness and luxury, featuring landscaped gardens, a world-class clubhouse, and amenities aligned with Westin’s Six Pillars of Well-being.
Strategically positioned on the Dwarka Expressway, the property enjoys proximity to the International Airport, Diplomatic Enclave, and the upcoming DDA Dwarka Golf Course. Furthermore, the location offers excellent connectivity and convenience.
