Westin Residences — tower-wise construction status, September 2026

Phase 1 towers (T2, T3, T4, T4A, T4B — 848 homes, all 3 BHK) have their superstructure up, with slabs rising floor by floor. Phase 2 (T1 and T5, 264 units) follows behind Phase 1. Phase 4 (T6 to T9, 352 four-bedroom homes) is at foundation stage, with excavation and raft casting underway. On-ground construction is split between KPIL and ACIL.
